QUICK AND EASY 4 STEP PROCESS:

1. SCAN
   If you haven't done so already, scan your photo in the 250 -300 dpi range, as a .jpg file (using the highest quality setting). Final image file size should ideally be 7-10 MB. Maximum possible upload is 10 MB. Please recognize that we will not necessarily know how good the quality of your scan is in comparison to the original. We will do the best possible work based on what you have sent us. See *NOTE
   
   
2. SEND
   Send your file and describe your requirements using our quick and easy upload. We will review your photo and confirm your order and the amount. (Allow 48 hours for the review).
   
   
3. PAY
   Make online payment (or you can pay by credit card over the phone or mail a check).
   
   
4. ENJOY
   Your restored file will be emailed back to you. That's it!
