We will give a firm price quote for any photo restoration project
before we begin. This is a free quote and you are under no obligation
to continue. If you choose not to continue we will return your
photo at no charge.
For restoration work though, to ensure the very
best approach is taken, we really do need to see the original
photo and the condition it is in to be able to give a specific
price quote. Just send your photos for us to assess your needs.
STEPS TO FOLLOW
- Print and fill in the Mail
In Form which will help us fully understand what you would
like to have done.
- Package your photo and mail to the address on the form, see
mailing photos safely for tips on
packaging. Be sure to include the copy of the Mail
In Form with your photo.
- Once we have received your photos we can call you to discuss
all your options. So please leave a contact number or an e-mail
address if you prefer.
- If you chose to continue with your project, pay by check or
credit card. You can pay by credit card over the phone or online.
- Your original photo is returned to you un touched, we work
from a copy. We will return your completed project by FedEx,
UPS or confirmed US Mail. Now you are really ready to enjoy
your cherished family photo.
Heritage Photographs has been in operation since 1986 and and
we understand you may be concerned about leaving your photos out
of your control, but this is our area of expertise and we promise
to handle them with care.
